Refund Policy

Effective date: December 16, 2018

At YAERID, we seek to ensure that you - our customers - are fully informed about our services and how these services can potentially benefit you by helping to connect your businesses to your local communities and beyond.

However, if you are not 100% satisfied with any of your subscription packages, we will provide you with a credit refund which you can utilize on any other subscription for the same subscription period.

For the credit refund to be valid, you must inform YAERID by email on support@yaerid.com. Alternatively, your email can be sent directly from your account dashboard through the ‘help’ tab.

We would appreciate a brief explanation for the refund request. We ask for this in order to help us improve our services to you, our customers.

We expect to respond to your refund request within 36 hours, with a credit/coupon which can then be utilized for your next subscription.
